I had a great experience at Five Guys. The burgers were fresh, juicy, and cooked perfectly, and the fries were generous and delicious. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. If you’re looking for quality burgers with plenty of customization options, Five Guys is definitely worth a visit I am special thankfull Madam Manisha
Been wanting to try Five Guys for the longest time!! The food was good, but what stood out the most was the service. The staff, especially the kabayans, were super nice, friendly, and very welcoming. Definitely made the experience even better!
Like always, I had a consistently great experience visiting Five Guys. On my last visit, the fries made from Netherlands potatoes were amazing – fresh, crispy, and perfectly salted. The burger was juicy and well-balanced, with just the right amount of sauces and toppings. The place was clean, the staff were friendly and professional. One small note – during this visit, the ordering process felt a bit rushed. It would have been nice to have a little more time to choose the toppings and sides without feeling hurried. A great bonus is that mall parking is free for the first two hours. While waiting, you can enjoy complimentary salted peanuts and bottomless drinks. I also appreciated that they kindly offer free drinks to delivery riders picking up orders in the heat – a thoughtful and commendable gesture.

Every bite had that rich, satisfying taste that makes you want to come back for more. The atmosphere was just as impressive: warm, lively, and welcoming, making the whole dining experience even better. A great spot for anyone craving a yummy, well‑made burger in a lovely setting. (Outdoor sitting area is incredible in winter season)
The burgers are delicious and the meat tastes very fresh you can tell the quality is good. However, the price is way too high for what you get. Paying 120 AED for a burger meal feels exaggerated and not justified. Good food, but the value for money is disappointing.
