Who can partner with CafeHop?
Independent cafés with a valid UAE business licence and a physical café location may apply. All applications are subject to review and approval by CafeHop.
How long does the application process take?
Once we receive your completed application, our team will review the information and contact you to discuss menu setup, Sip pricing and the next steps.
How are café payouts calculated?
Participating menu items are assigned Sip prices using CafeHop’s agreed pricing model. Cafés are paid for every validated Sip redeemed, with all activity recorded in the café portal and included in a monthly statement.
What do I need to get started?
A valid business license, a physical café location, and a tablet or phone for staff to confirm redemptions. No complex POS integration is required to begin.
Is there a setup fee or monthly subscription for partners?
There is no café subscription fee to join CafeHop. Commercial terms are commission-based on redemptions — contact us for the current rate card.
How do redemptions work in my café?
Members open the CafeHop app, choose an offer, and present a QR code. Your staff scans or confirms it on the partner tablet, and Sips are deducted automatically.
Can I choose which drinks or offers appear?
Yes. You create and manage offers (and promotions) for each branch. CafeHop reviews new offers before they go live to members.
How do I track visits, redemptions, and earnings?
Your partner dashboard shows redemptions, branch performance, and payout history so you can see how CafeHop is driving traffic to your café.
