Each subscription plan comes with a set number of Sips that refresh monthly. Different coffee offerings at our partner cafés cost a different number of Sips based on their value. For example, a regular coffee (basic with no add-ons) might cost 2 Sips while a specialty drink might cost 4 Sips.
We offer four subscription tiers: Lite Sip (60 Sips/month - AED 93), Everyday Brew (140 Sips/month - AED 207), Premium Blend (240 Sips/month - AED 348), and Gold Blend (360 Sips/month - AED 520). Each tier provides different amounts of monthly Sips to match your coffee consumption habits.
The cost per Sip decreases with higher tiers: Lite Sip is ≈ AED 1.55 per Sip, Everyday Brew is ≈ AED 1.48 per Sip, Premium Blend is ≈ AED 1.45 per Sip, and Gold Blend is ≈ AED 1.44 per Sip.
On your birthday month, you'll receive bonus Sips as a special gift from CafeHop. The exact amount depends on your subscription tier - higher tiers receive more bonus Sips to celebrate your special day!
Unused Sips from your monthly allocation do not roll over to the next month. Your Sips refresh at the beginning of each billing cycle, so we encourage you to use them throughout the month to get the most value from your subscription.
Yes! You can upgrade your subscription plan at any time from your account settings. When you upgrade, you'll immediately receive the additional Sips for the current month, and your next billing cycle will reflect the new plan's pricing.
Simply open the CafeHop app when you're at a partner café, select what you'd like to order, and scan the QR code at the counter. Your Sips will be automatically deducted.
No hidden fees! Your monthly subscription fee covers all your Sips. The only additional charges would be if you choose to purchase extra Sips beyond your monthly allocation, which is completely optional.
You are charged monthly on the same date you signed up. For example, if you subscribed on the 15th of January, you'll be charged on the 15th of each subsequent month. Your Sips refresh on this same date as well.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. However, due to the 3-month commitment, you'll continue to be charged monthly and have access to your Sips until the end of your 3-month subscription period. After that, your subscription will not renew.
A guest pass is a special gift you can share with friends and family. When you create a guest pass, your friend receives 3 Sips they can use at any CafeHop partner café, allowing them to experience the CafeHop community without needing their own subscription.
