Striking, modern interior with standout lighting and a calm, open feel. Coffee was smooth, well-balanced, and expertly prepared. Service was efficient and friendly. A refined café experience—ideal for a relaxed catch-up or focused work session.
The coffee was delicious and perfectly made, and the service was excellent. I also really loved the free ice cream initiative for the occasion of Ramadan — such a thoughtful and lovely gesture!
Visited RX Coffee in Al Zahia Mall yesterday and loved it! We ordered our all-time favourite Nutellamisu, which is basically a Nutella tiramisu topped with coffee powder. The layers were perfectly moist — not too sweet, not too bland — just the right balance between the bitterness of the coffee and the sweetness of Nutella. The portion is huge and quite heavy, totally worth it. We also tried the Milky Brew, which reminded me of a milk cake but with coffee mixed into the milk. The cake was completely soaked, super soft, and very flavorful. The quantity was generous and also quite heavy, so we couldn’t finish everything between the two of us. Both desserts are must-tries. I love their cheesecake, it’s really good! The only thing is that their coffee is quite strong 🤣 Every time I drink it, it makes me feel uncomfortable, even though I’m someone who usually drinks a lot of coffee. Overall, I enjoy coming here.
Very disappointing experience. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and showed little respect toward customers. They were not helpful at all and seemed uninterested in providing good service. Customer service was extremely poor, which completely ruined the experience. Management should seriously address the staff's attitude and professionalism.
