Coffee was incredible. I tried the Truffle turkey sandwich for breakfast and it was. l honestly so delicious. Tracey had exceptional customer service and took care of us the entire time. She went above and beyond even though she didn’t have to. I recommend this spot.
One of the long-awaited days became even more special at RX Coffee at Dubai Mall. What was meant to be a simple coffee visit turned into a memorable experience filled with warmth, great hospitality, and thoughtful gestures. The Ethiopian Blend Iced Americano was incredibly smooth, refreshing, and rich in flavor with a beautiful aromatic finish, while the signature RX Spanish Latte was creamy, perfectly balanced, and honestly one of the best I’ve had. Every sip reflected quality and care. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the hospitality. Manager Elizabeth, along with Service staff Sharmila and Sneha, made the experience feel warm, welcoming, and genuinely special. Their kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism stood out from the moment we arrived. The service staff were incredibly helpful, making us feel not just served, but truly valued as guests. And as I mentioned, it was one of those long-awaited days made even sweeter with a lovely surprise of mini Parklane cheesecake, which added such a thoughtful and memorable touch to the entire experience. You can always tell when a business is built on the quality of its people. When management leads with care and the team reflects that same passion, positivity, and professionalism, success naturally follows. RX Coffee truly reflects that standard, and the entire team deserves recognition for creating an atmosphere where simple moments become meaningful memories. I recently visited Rx Coffee at the District in Dubai Mall, and it was an absolute delight! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxing break from shopping. The staff are friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home. Around Midnight, I decided to try the Jasmine Silver Needle tea, and it was a refreshing choice. The floral notes were delicate and soothing, providing a lovely balance to the bustling environment outside. Pairing it with the date lamington little cake was a fantastic decision! The cake was moist and rich, with just the right amount of sweetness from the dates, wrapped in a soft coconut coating. It was a delightful treat that complemented the tea perfectly. It’s clear that the ambiance and flavors at Rx Coffee create a wonderful experience. If you appreciate a cozy atmosphere combined with quality food and drinks, this spot is a must-visit. I can’t wait to come back and try more from their menu!
The first time I discovered the taste of Rx Coffee was when my habibi introduced it to me with a very sweet note during winter that said, “This winter, I choose you.” That memory made Rx Coffee feel special from the very beginning. I recently visited Rx Coffee Shop in Dubai Mall and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is elegant, cozy, and a perfect escape from the busy mall. The coffee was exceptional! rich, smooth, and perfectly made. Every sip reminded me why it became a favorite. The staff were friendly, attentive, and provided great service throughout my visit. Special thanks to Ms. Liz for being so accommodating and warm, she made the experience even more pleasant. Overall, it’s a lovely spot for coffee and a quick catch-up. Will definitely visit again.

Food-wise, everything looks very well presented and aesthetically pleasing, and the taste matches the visuals. The drinks are where they really shine: I tried the charcoal matcha, and it was surprisingly smooth, well-balanced, and absolutely delicious—a must-try if you’re into matcha or something different. Prices are normal for Dubai Mall, making it a solid option considering the quality, service, and location. Overall: a stylish café with good vibes, great drinks, and a pleasant experience from start to finish. Highly recommended if you’re in Dubai Mall and want something a bit more refined without being overpriced.
